My work begins with helping women see what they want for themselves and their future. A clear vision gives you direction. The people you bring into that vision can help you turn it into reality.
Through my writing, speaking and workshops, I help women clarify their vision and put collaboration into practice. Together, we explore how to build relationships grounded in trust, ask for support, exchange ideas and open doors for one another.
Presence, mindset, courage and confidence grow as women learn to contribute and recognize what others can bring.
My books, Start with Vision and Circles of Collaboration, provide the foundation for this work. My goal is for every woman to leave with a clearer sense of where she wants to go, steps she can take and a new understanding of the circle she can build along the way.
